La migliore soluzione è costituita dall'allineamento di più sensori sotto il nastro trasportatore, per assicurare il rilevamento di tutte le confezioni.
Il sensore cilindrico S18-2 di Banner Engineering è una soluzione di rilevamento affidabile ed economica per questo tipo di applicazioni. I sensori S18-2 di Banner hanno un'uscita altamente visibile e un'accensione a doppia funzione, con un ampio intervallo di temperature di esercizio da -40 a +70° C. Disponibile nei modelli emettitore/ricevitore, riflessione polarizzata, a riflessione, a tasteggio diffuso e a campo fisso.
