Monitoraggio tappi sulle linee di riempimento
Per l'elevata velocità di processo e le varie tipologie di metalli utilizzati, il rilevamento affidabile delle capsule sulle bottiglie è un'operazione estremamente complessa per i sensori induttivi. A questo si aggiungono i requisiti di robustezza meccanica e tenuta stagna. I sensori uprox+, nella loro custodia rettangolare monopezzo, il design QT42 e la classe di protezione IP69K, sono stati messi a punto proprio per queste applicazioni complesse. Un dispositivo a riflessione rileva la presenza della bottiglia che funge da trigger.
